Welcome to Talk-of-IT (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Talk of IT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
### 1\. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained any necessary consent from a parent, guardian, or institution.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

- Represent and warrant that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Remain responsible for your content and any consequences of sharing it.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove User Content that we consider to be in violation of these Terms or harmful to our community.
### 5\. Mentorship, Advice, and Third-Party Interactions
Talk of IT connects students and interns with mentors, peers, and opportunities. However:
- Any advice, guidance, or opinions provided by mentors, other users, or third-party partners are their own and not professional or official advice from Talk-of-IT.
- You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any advice or opportunities you receive.
- We are not a party to any separate agreements you may enter into with mentors, employers, or third parties and are not responsible for those relationships or outcomes.
### 6\. Job and Internship Listings
The Services may include job, internship, or project listings provided by third parties.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any listing.
- We are not responsible for hiring decisions, interview processes, or employment conditions.
- You should perform your own due diligence before applying to or accepting any role.
### 7\. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through the Services (other than User Content), including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by or licensed to Talk-of-IT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.
### 8\. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to other users or to the platform.
You may stop using the Services at any time and, where available, delete your account. Certain obligations, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability provisions, will continue to apply after termination.
### 9\. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
- We do not make any warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including User Content, mentorship advice, or third-party listings.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
### 10\. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talk-of-IT and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will be limited to the amount you have paid to us for the Services, if any, during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
### 11\. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talk-of-IT and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Services,
- Your User Content, or
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
### 12\. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform or by email. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
### 13\. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pune District, Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
